WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY 3RD SUNDAE ITEM(S)?
Orders made before 2pm EST will be shipped out the same business day. All orders made after 2pm will be processed and shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday). This does not include holidays or weekends.

We can't wait for you to show up and show out in your new 3RD Sundae item(s). This is why we do everything we can to insure you get you order quickly and in the best condition possible. However, once we ship your order, its out of our hands. 3RD Sundae is not responsible for any wear and tear, late arrivals, or any transportation problems which occur after it leaves our facility. We suggest contacting the USPS for any damages and/or late arrivals for help and compensation.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Due to limited supply, we do not offer returns at this time.
If you are unhappy with your item you may request for a store credit that is valid for your next purchase.

Many of our pieces will only be on the site once (Which is why we encourage you to purchase when you see it) If we have an item that we restock, we will post it on our social media platforms and send an alert through our newsletter.

We mainly use Instagram as a social platform, but Facebook and TikTok work as well.
